Delete Your ProfileForge Account
You can request deletion of your ProfileForge account and associated app data at any time.
What deletion covers: account records, saved profiles, usage records, avatar/photo paths, and other ProfileForge data that we are not legally required to retain.
What may be retained: limited billing, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records where required by law or payment-provider obligations.
How to Request Deletion
Email us from the same email address used for your ProfileForge account and include "Delete my ProfileForge account" in the subject.
If you are signed in, you can also open this page from the ProfileForge account menu inside the app.
Processing Time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying ownership of the account. We may contact you if we need more information to confirm the request.
Subscription Note
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel renewal before deleting your account to prevent future billing. Deleting your app account does not automatically guarantee cancellation with external payment providers.
