ProfileForge is an AI-powered LinkedIn profile builder that generates professional profile content including headlines, about sections, experience bullets, and skills using Google Gemini AI models. The Service also includes resume upload, profile audit, DM generator, saved profile library, account login, subscription features, and optional avatar/profile photo upload.
ProfileForge offers a free tier with limited daily usage and may offer paid Pro plans with additional features or higher limits. We may update pricing, usage limits, or included features from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The content generated by ProfileForge is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, suitable, or successful for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it on LinkedIn or elsewhere. ProfileForge is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of generated content.
You retain ownership of the information, profile content, saved profiles, uploaded resume content, and avatar/profile photo that you provide to ProfileForge. By using the Service, you grant ProfileForge permission to process, store, display, and transmit this content only as needed to provide the Service, including generating profiles, saving profiles you choose to save, displaying your account avatar, enforcing usage limits, and operating account features.
You are responsible for making sure that any information, resume content, photo, or profile content you upload is lawful and that you have the right to use it. You must not upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or violates another person's privacy or rights.
You agree to use ProfileForge only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for reviewing generated content before publishing it anywhere.
ProfileForge retains all rights to its platform, design, code, workflow, product experience, brand, name, and logo. Your input content and saved profile content remain yours, subject to the limited permission you give us to operate the Service.
ProfileForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific job-search results, profile performance, or LinkedIn outcomes. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn in any way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileForge and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, profile rejection, account issues, data loss, or any LinkedIn-related outcomes.
ProfileForge may offer paid subscription plans. The following terms apply to any paid plans:
No refunds: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content — which is delivered immediately upon request — refunds are not available under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether you have actively used the Service during your subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for any period already paid.
Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
EU users: If you are located in the European Union, by completing a subscription purchase you explicitly acknowledge that ProfileForge will begin delivering the digital service immediately upon payment. You expressly agree to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as permitted under Article 16(m) of that Directive for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We strongly encourage you to contact us at hasaanzia786@gmail.com to resolve any payment concerns before escalating to your bank.
ProfileForge uses third-party services to operate the product, including Google Gemini AI models for generation, Supabase for authentication, database storage, private avatar storage, and account sessions, Google sign-in for optional faster account access, Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for privacy-conscious usage analytics, and Polar for payment processing. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms.
You may delete saved profiles from your saved profile library where available. To request deletion of your account data, saved profiles, avatar/photo, or other personal data, contact us at hasaanzia786@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

ProfileForge ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and your rights regarding your data. By using ProfileForge, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide: When you use ProfileForge, you may enter personal and professional details such as your name, job title, industry, skills, career achievements, target role, and other profile-related information. This information is used to generate your LinkedIn profile content.
Uploaded files: If you upload a resume or PDF, it is processed temporarily to extract profile information and generate content. We do not store uploaded resume files or raw resume text as part of the saved profile library.
Saved generated profiles: If you choose to save a generated profile, we store the generated profile text, section details, profile name, target role, job label, timestamps, and account identifier so you can access that saved profile later.
Account information: If you create an account, Supabase stores your first name, last name, email address, encrypted password credentials, authentication session data, subscription/access status, and usage records so you can log in and use account-based features.
Avatar/profile photo: If you upload an avatar or profile photo, it is stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket under your account folder. We store the private avatar file path in your account metadata. The image is displayed in the app using short-lived signed links and is not intended to be publicly accessible.
Feedback submissions: If you submit feedback via the feedback button, your message may be sent to our email and stored so we can review and respond to it.
Usage and attribution data: We use Google Analytics to collect product usage information such as pages visited, feature interactions, time spent, approximate region, browser/device type, and traffic source. For account users, we may also store privacy-safe signup attribution such as country code, referral host, sanitized referral URL/path, landing page, and campaign tags like utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign so we can understand which marketing channels are working. We do not store raw IP addresses or raw external referrer query strings for this attribution, and we do not send names, email addresses, resume text, generated profile text, saved profile content, or avatar images to Google Analytics.
Local storage: We may use your browser's localStorage to remember product state and usage information. Supabase may also store your login session in your browser so you stay signed in.
We use the information you provide to generate LinkedIn profile content using Google Gemini AI models, manage account access including optional Google sign-in, display your account identity/avatar, enforce free and Pro usage limits, provide the saved profile library, process subscription access, understand signup source and country-level marketing performance, respond to feedback, troubleshoot the Service, and improve ProfileForge. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google Gemini AI: Your profile details and prompts may be sent to Google's Gemini API to generate content using Gemini models, including Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 3.5 Flash where available. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand product usage. We configure our analytics helper not to send names, emails, resume content, profile text, saved profiles, or avatar images. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Supabase: Supabase provides authentication and stores account/session records for logged-in users, Pro access records, usage records, saved generated profiles, and private avatar files/paths.
Vercel: ProfileForge is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log standard server access data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and request metadata as part of normal hosting operations.
Polar: If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store your card or payment details.
ProfileForge uses minimal cookies and browser storage. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to understand anonymised or aggregated usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or sell tracking data.
We do not store uploaded resume files or raw resume text by default. Generated profile content is not stored unless you choose to save it. Saved generated profiles are retained in your account until you delete them or request deletion. Avatar/profile photos are retained until replaced, removed, or deleted on request. Account, subscription, and usage records are retained as needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or accounting requirements. Feedback emails are retained in our inbox and deleted periodically.
We use Supabase authentication, database access controls, and private storage policies to protect account-based data. Avatar files are stored in a private bucket and are intended to be accessible only to the account owner through signed links. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect user data.
If you are located in the European Union or another region with privacy rights, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you. You can delete saved profiles from the saved profile library where available. To request deletion of account data, saved profiles, avatar/photo, or feedback you submitted, contact us at hasaanzia786@gmail.com.
ProfileForge is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
