Service
ProfileForge is an AI-powered career profile and resume platform. The Service may include a reusable Career Profile, Target Job context, manual profile entry, resume import, LinkedIn screenshot import, LinkedIn text import, LinkedIn profile generation, LinkedIn profile optimization, resume writing, resume optimization, ATS Resume Check & Fix, job-specific resume tailoring, LinkedIn-to-resume and resume-to-LinkedIn conversion, profile audit, DM generator, Interview Preparation with Voice or Written practice and readiness feedback, Saved Work for jobs, interview reports, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles, account login, subscription features, exports, and optional avatar/profile photo upload.
Free and Paid Plans
ProfileForge offers a free tier that currently allows one LinkedIn profile-from-scratch generation per day. Pro features include Career Profile and Target Job functionality, resume import, LinkedIn screenshot/text import, LinkedIn optimization, resume tools including ATS Resume Check & Fix, conversions, job tailoring, Interview Preparation with Voice or Written practice, Practice Mode or Interview Simulation, and readiness feedback, Saved Work with up to 5 jobs, 5 interview reports, 5 resumes, and 5 LinkedIn profiles, exports where supported, and other premium capabilities. We may update pricing, usage limits, or included features from time to time.
AI-Generated Content
The content generated by ProfileForge is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, suitable, ATS-compatible, or successful for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated LinkedIn profiles, resumes, job-tailored documents, messages, and Interview Preparation content before using them anywhere. Interview Preparation is practice assistance and does not evaluate employers, predict hiring outcomes, or replace professional judgment. ProfileForge does not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, recruiter responses, ranking changes, or other career outcomes.
User Content
You retain ownership of the information, Career Profile data, profile content, resume content, LinkedIn screenshots/text, Target Job descriptions, interview answers and transcripts, Saved Work (including saved jobs, interview reports, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles), uploaded resume content, and avatar/profile photo that you provide to ProfileForge. You grant ProfileForge permission to process, store, display, and transmit this content only as needed to provide the Service. Imported data is candidate data for your review before confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ProfileForge only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
Subscriptions and Refunds
ProfileForge may offer paid subscription plans. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable because AI-generated digital content is delivered immediately upon request. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider or required by law.
Third-Party Services
ProfileForge uses third-party services including Google Gemini AI, Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics, and Polar. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms.

ProfileForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific job-search results, profile performance, or LinkedIn outcomes. ProfileForge is not affiliated with LinkedIn.
